It may seem extensive, but it's designed to help us both understand your aspirations, your motivations, and your potential roadblocks. The more thorough your responses, the better equipped I'll be to tailor our sessions to your unique needs.

Once you've completed the questionnaire, it's time to schedule our first session! This is where we will discuss your goals, identify your strengths, and start creating a roadmap for your success.

Your Intake Questionnaire is more than just a document, it's the foundation of our coaching journey.

It's a vibrant tool, constantly evolving with each new client's insights, helping me craft a personalized path to your success. However, for it to work its magic, I kindly ask that you complete it in detail and email it back at least TWO BUSINESS DAYS prior to our first meeting.

This deadline is critical - it allows me the necessary time to delve into your responses, prepare effectively and tailor our discussions to your unique situation. Thank you for your cooperation and thoroughness - they are the first steps on this exciting journey!

Step 2: Ready, Set, Schedule

Use my Motion calendar to schedule our first session.

We'll be going over your questionnaire responses, so remember, our session will be much richer if you submit it at least 2 business days ahead.

From here on, Motion will be our go-to for arranging future meetings.

Rescheduling & Cancellation Policies

I’m dedicated to helping you achieve your goals, break down barriers, and reach new heights in your writing. A key part of this process is consistency - regular coaching sessions are the heartbeat of your personal growth journey.

However, I understand life happens - and occasionally, rescheduling may be necessary. That's why we've designed our rescheduling policy with a perfect blend of flexibility and commitment.


Rescheduling Policy

We allow one reschedule per month. This ensures you have the leeway to handle life's unexpected events, but also helps maintain the rhythm of your progress. If a second reschedule is needed within the same month, our standard cancellation fee will apply, regardless of the notice period.

Emergencies

In the event of a genuine emergency, please reach out to us. We believe in compassion and understanding, and we'll address these situations on a case-by-case basis.

Why This Matters

Frequent rescheduling can slow down your progress and lessen the impact of our coaching sessions. By committing to regular appointments, you're not only investing in your success, but also demonstrating dedication to your personal growth journey.

Cancellation Policy

48-Hour Notice:

Cancel or reschedule your session up to 48 hours in advance at no charge.

Late Changes

Less than 48 hours' notice? The full session fee applies. It's about accountability and respect for our time.

Missed Sessions

No-shows are charged the full session fee. Each appointment is a vital step on your journey.

Emergencies

Life happens. In case of genuine emergencies, please reach out. We'll address these on a case-by-case basis.

Assignments

Submit your work 2 full business days before our session. It allows for thoughtful feedback and effective coaching.

Communication Expectations

In order to maintain a healthy work-life balance and ensure the quality of my work, I've set some communication boundaries that I kindly ask you to read and observe.

As a one-woman business, I personally handle all aspects of the services I offer. I leverage technology where possible to streamline my processes, allowing me to focus my full attention on the creative tasks that help you improve your work. I ask for your patience and understanding in recognizing the limitations of a small operation like mine.

Please Thoroughly Read my Emails!

I often include essential information in my emails, so I encourage you to read them thoroughly. This will ensure that you have all the information you need to make the most of our work together.

Reviewing Written Work

For coaching or consulting sessions that involve reviewing your written work, please send your documents at least 2 business days in advance of our meeting.

This gives me the necessary time to fully engage with your work and provide valuable feedback. For full screenplay reviews, I cannot guarantee this turnaround time.

Email Communication

Emails are my preferred method of communication and I prioritize email communication with current clients.

I strive to respond to all emails within 24-48 hours on business days, though responses may take a bit longer if they require more considered thought.

Rest assured, I will always get back to you.

Please note that weekends are generally my time to recharge, and while you may occasionally receive a response from me during this time, it's a rare exception rather than the rule.

Instagram Communication

While you are welcome to reach out to me on Instagram, please know that it is not the most reliable way to communicate regarding my services, including coaching, consulting, or script coverage. I do check my business Instagram occasionally, often while waiting for my tea to brew, but I try to keep my weekends free from business inquiries to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Script Coverage

As you’re probably already aware, for script coverage services, you can expect a turnaround of approximately 2 weeks.
